Workshop Policies & Terms

By booking/enrolling/registering for the workshop you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Enrollment Requirements

• Note that this workshop requires aminimum enrollment of 5 participantsto run.

• If fewer than 5 students are enrolled2 days before the workshop, the workshop may be rescheduled or canceled.

• If the workshop is canceled due to low enrollment, all registered participants will receive afull refund. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be issued a full refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Participant-Initiated)

Because workshop spots are limited and materials & venue are prepared in advance:

• Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or morebefore the workshop will receive afull refund.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours)before the workshop arenon-refundable.

• You maytransfer your spotto another person at any time at no cost—just email me with their name and email.

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

If unforeseen circumstances require the instructor to postpone or cancel the workshop:

• Participants may choose either afull refundorcredit toward a future workshop.

Workshop Conduct & Expectations

• All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and focused learning environment.

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may miss foundational instruction.

Liability

By registering, participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own personal property and well-being during the workshop. The instructor and venue are not liable for loss, damage, or injury.

Photography & Media

Photos or short video clips may be taken for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let the instructor know upon arrival or in the registration form.
